TRANSLATION pivot — rename "creative system" to "translation layer" across all copy
Adopted as the core messaging framework for Phase 2. All critical + high copy changes on get-picasso.com updated accordingly. Showcases and onboarding copy to follow.
P!CA$$0 launch extended to April 14, 2026
Board directive: pushed from end of March to April 14 to allow full TRANSLATION pivot execution across landing page, showcase, and email sequences.
Netlify deploy: root netlify.toml with base= pattern for subdirectory projects
Established as the deploy pattern for GitHub auto-deploy when site lives in a subfolder. Root netlify.toml points base to waitlist/; subdirectory netlify.toml handles redirects.
Wave 1 Campaign Locked: "Your Translation Era"
Campaign name: Your Translation Era. Tagline: One idea. Every platform's language. Finally you. Lead platforms: Instagram + LinkedIn (supported by TikTok + Newsletter). Signature format: Translation carousel — same brief → 5 platform outputs. Concept approved, execution brief delivered.

4 critical + high copy swaps pending on the Replit-hosted showcase. Blocked pending Replit credentials or CMS access. DevOps/MarTech assigned.
Loops drip email sequence — 5-email onboarding series
On-brand HTML email templates built and deployed to Loops. TRANSLATION pivot copy applied. Drip sequence active for new waitlist signups.
Wave 1 Day 1 Assets — Era Declaration + Founder Post
Era Declaration carousel (Instagram, 5–7 slides) and Founder post visual (LinkedIn) designed and ready. Pending board review Apr 4 before Apr 5 publish.
Bug Fixes — Intent Taxonomy + Brand Name (resolved)
Three bugs resolved: (1) Intent taxonomy mismatch — UI showed 9 modes, API executed 6; (2) Brand name "P!CA$$0" absent from authenticated product interior ("Studio Workspace"). All verified closed.

The showcase at context-to-content.com was originally vibe-coded on Replit and is hosted there independently. It is not in the condoonacloud/picasso GitHub repo. Any copy edits require Replit credentials or a CMS handoff.
GA4 (G-X856NEG8V0) and Meta Pixel (507064536607188) live on get-picasso.com
Both tracking scripts are deployed. CSP headers updated to allow external analytics scripts. UTM capture writes to sessionStorage on page load and passes through form submissions.
